Default bc3+ idle problems!

I just got my cams/valvespring/retainers installed on my b16 swap and now my car has a nasty idle problem. I'm running a chipped p28 with a skunk2 chip. It idle's anywhere from 2k to almost dying. I'm running my stock cam gears with them cause the ones i purchased were crap and slipped and i needs a vechicle to drive so i had no choice. When i use the stock jdm p30 ecu it idles around 500-700 but seems like its gonna die everytime i come to a stop. Any suggestions till i can get a safc and get tuned.

Tune the ******. Skunk2 chip = garbage
Both the GSR and ITR w/ BC3+ I tuned idle like stock.

and if you think a SAFC is the solution to your tuning needs, you're in for a world of pain. Uberdata, Crome, Hondata.

Definately. I have the BCIII's on my hatch and idled fine even before the tune. Sounds like you need to recheck the timing like 1320JDMGSR mentioned. Who did the instll anyhow?

have you messed with the air intake screw on the throttel body? if its "caming" or that kinda effect, the air intake screw may solve you problems.

Regarding your situation, I'm going to agree with blundar. Considering that Uberdata or Crome costs virtually nothing (installation of chip and that's about it) it's hard not to justify going that route. Tuning it shouldn't cost much more than tuning an AFC either.
