ECM not grounding grn/blk wire at A12/A14?
I know it is a harness problem since every ECM i have tried does it only in this car.
Thermostat ground is on, I'm testing at the ECM pin.
ideas?

the ground for the main relay also shares with clip A on the ecu if im not mistaken, make sure the ground to the right of the steering cloumn, above the radio, and the one by the hood release are hooked up.
also make sure the negative terminal to the battery goes directly to the block, as well as the chassis.
if all else fails just run a nice new ground.

I had the same problem, and I ended up just splicing the wires near the ECU and grounding them

bypassed the injector resistor box, still no pulse on my NOID light at the injectors, wires go to the right place, distributor wires go to the right place, tried a couple different ECM's, all of them work in another car. Checked all grounds in the system. Can get the car to run on starting fluid, no CEL.
