What should I expect to pay ?
I need to have about 4 tubes threaded 1 inch. I am making control arms and I tried drilling and tapping but I cannot get the drill bits to stay 100% accurate. They wear out poorly.
Anyone have an idea of what it would cost to have a piece of pipe drilled and tapped?

Probably about 2 hours at a local machine shop. Didn't you buy a metal lathe recently? All the machine shop will do is chuck those parts up and run the drill and tap from the tail stock. If your drill bit is wandering, use an end mill in your tail stock instead of a drill bit.
