how to find out if a valve is bent? (valve out of motor)
ive slid them all in the guides and they all go in ..
so how else can i find out if a valve is bent?
also does anyone know if autozone/advanced has a valve spring compressor thats compatible with b type motors?

Put some color substance on the valve before you spin it. That will show you the bend in terms of how the substance is distributed.

i tried doing this with my bent valves, It wasnt very accurate for me....

i should have done this...

i should have done this...
with the head off, u will need to get a C-Clamp style spring compressor for the valve springs. or just go out and get the snap-on universal spring compressor tool. i find it much easier to use the C-Clamp style spring compressor when the heads off the car
