Default Freezer PLug Blowout

As I was racing this silver EVO last night, my damn (34.3mm) freezer plug blew out and oil sprayed all over. The bad thing about it was I used some black silicone sealant instead of HondaBond to seal it off, but how come it finally blew out after all this time. By the way, I was @ full boost (14.5psi) and in 5th gear. I'm just crossing my fingers I didn't mess anything else up because the motor sounds like **** now with that hole is exposed (where the OEM black catch can used to be). Has this ever happened to anyone else?

So you put a freeze (not freezer) plug where your breather used to be? How were you venting the pressure in the pan?
I suppose if you blew a piston and pressurized the pan, something would have to give.

And no it is not where the breather used to be...it is where the stock "black catch can" used to be on the back of the block (PCV valves). I used two OEM Honda barb fittings (where the stock plugs were) and ran them to a catch can....with a fitting/tubing on top of the catch can to the charger pipe for vacuum.
