Default I started in on my pre-turbo install, I have some questons for the people with inline pro headgasket

I finally got some time this last weekend to start in on my car and getting it ready for the turbo. I'm installing a new waterpump, timing belt, accessorie belts, inline pro headgasket and 440's...

I pulled the head off on saturday and everything looks pritty good accept for the inside of the intake manifold where its black as dirt but I will clean it up along with other things that need cleaning on that thing.

But to get to the point here I have arp headstuds and a inline pro head gasket now both of those companies say to either torq the studs a little harder or soften them up a little bit, can anybody tell me what they torqued their studs to with this same setup... I know this is a pritty volitle point and don't wanna mess up so thats why I came here....
