what can i do with a 3 channel amp?
i have a 4 channel pioneer which is 40x4. but one of the channels is broken so only 3 channels work. can i bridge this to run my sub? is that possible? three channels bridge to one...
No, you can't bridge three to one.
You can bridge two to one.
Take the amp to a stereo repair shop and get an estimate on how much the repair cost would be. It could be something stupid like a broken solder joint, which costs you like $5.00 to fix.

nope, you can't bridge 3 channels. Basically, you can use 2 channels of the amp only to power a set of speakers. That is not enough power for a sub.
