!!!!D15 turbo succes stories!!!!

i want to hear them, because i am about to boost my 92 dx. im going to try to push about 175whp will this be safe on a good tune? i dont want to go into the 200whp d16 territory because the d15 is a bit weaker. please post your setup, hp and how long youve been driving it boosted. lets see what the bastard child of the d-series family can do!!

Ive been running my DX (255xxxkm!!!) at 5psi for the past year on FMU. I beat the crap out of it last summer. No problems as of yet.

Mine lasted for 6 months at 8-10 psi. Recently the rings went bad and it started pouring smoke so I pulled it. I blame my stock pcv system for the engine going.

i got my jdm d15b and its at 6 psi i hit a 13.003 and its still running strong... tuned w/ chrome tho

My d15b7 lasted about 3 hours on a crome basemap with a t25 hitting 10-12 psi. It ran great out of boost, just wot sucked. Don't let it scare you though, I could've done things better, i'd boost another one any day, just make sure you tune it well or if not i guess just run really low boost.

PM sleepingEG8, he's boosted a number of d15's. he's a good friend of mine, he knows a lot about boosting DX engines.

Thanx im totally confused on how it happened... my slowest time is a 13.5 i think i got lucky
