Default Quick wastegate question??

Currently using a Deltagate wastegate on my D-series with an F-max turbo kit. Here's the question, will a Tial wastegate be a direct replacement? As in no cutting, extending, or trimming of the dump-tube. Any information on this subject will be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not too worried about the springs as long as I have some kind of boost controller (Turbo Xs dual stage manual boost controller). I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have to change the dump-tube in any way, just take the old wastegate out and put the new one in. I'm looking at getting the Tial 38mm.

I don't care about that as long as I get the answer to my question and we get some more info .
