Default safe to tune RSX with OEM wideband?

according to the hondata website, the RSX comes with a wideband O2 sensor. I just installed a Greddy kit with intercooler into his type-s. He's running hondata K-pro. I was just wondering if it would be safe/accurate to tune with the OEM O2???
