Default hear bad rubbing and steering wheel shakes?

After installing my coilovers ( omni full setup) i started to hear a bad rubbing coming from my driverside and its not the tire. I lowered the car about 2in in the front. The sound or the vibration is not there when i first start driving but after about 2 mins you can hear it and it get progressively worse. The sound/vibration is worst when i let the car coast. when i brake it seems that they both stop. Could this be my axles? thanks in advance.

after raising the car and not finding anything i think that was the prob. I tightened everthing again and rechecked and the problem seemed to dissapear. for me for being careless on the install.

When installing coilovers there are only a few parts of the car you touch. Wheels, LCA, shock and spring. Vibrations come from rotating parts. Neither the LCA, shock or spring rotates. Also, the vibration goes away when the brakes are applied so that narrows down where to look. Logic implies something in the Wheel/hub area is loose and rotating, i.e. the wheel.

It also happens that in the billion or so times I have changed wheels on my car I might have forgotten to torque the lugs once.
