We got the car started yesterday and my car which has a chipped p28 ecu wont rev past 3500 rpm. I dont know if the car is running lean or rich. I'm running a 3bar mapsensor, 550cc injectors, aeromotive fpr, and walbro fuel pump.Also the radiator fan not spinning and is making the car overheat. Do i have a bad ecu or i just need to get the ecu rechipped and tuned. I need feedback thanks.

 

What is the ecu chipped for? heh.

 

its for a 99 civic si. P28 ecu. I have a garret t3/t4 turbo. Seems to idle fine, no check engine light on it just doesnt rev up past 3500.

 

what managment program are you using? If you aren't getting a solid cel then the ecu shouldn't be bad.

So it's running dog rich w/ 550cc injectors? How did you expect it to run? hehe

 

not sure if its rich or not, i'm using uberdata.

 

Have you "tuned" the uberdata at all? Or is it configured for stock injectors?
