anyone come across, after chipping the ecu it goes to limp mode even after cutting j1 it goes to limp mode???

i have 5 ecu it all doing the samething. i done over 100 of ecu, this is the first time i get a problem like that.

p30- limp mode with j1 cut, even i replaced all the caps, i couldn't see anything burn on it.
p28 limp mode after engine running, if engine not running just turning car on, it does not goes to limp mode, it only from starting engine. it had a burn 100uf cap, i replaced it still doing it. same thing j1 cut, still the same
p28 limp mode when start it idle at 2 grand and it really rough idle compare other limp mode, same problem
p06 vtec, limp mode idle smooth but is in limp mode
p28 limp mode idle smooth same j1 cut, still limp mode

i figure it can be fix, if its in limp mode, the mcu would be still working. anyone know a common issue on those ecu? something i m over look? all 373 and socket is fine, is something do with the main board, and i don't think changing the 220uf will fix it. becuz i did that on the p30 but haven't on other. i been searching all over google but nothing.

Are these all being tested in the same car? Have you tried retrieving the "limp mode" CEL diagnostic trouble codes?

 

yes 4 tested same car, and 1 tested different, my car is fine, i running my good tuning ecu, is not the car for sure is the ecu. now what u mean limp mode dig?
