If I do not plan on using o2 sensor is there still any need to wire the resistor?

And the same for data logging?

I just plan on using the hondata software only. I just was not sure if I still needed to hook everything in order for the hondata to work properly. I think not just want to make sure

 

I just welded a bung next to the stock o2 and connected power and ground and all is good. Im waiting for a wire chart to hook up all the datalogging later with my 500.
