Tried to reconnect battery, but alarm goes off!!
I just finished changing my spark plugs and when I tried to reconnect the negative battery terminal the alarm goes off! Right when the terminal touches the battery it chirps. How can I reconnect the negative battery terminal w/o the alarm making any noise?? thanks
Took out 100A fuse and reconnected the battery terminals. The fuse is held down by 2 phillips screws. I am able to screw one side down, but as I tried to screw the other side it trips the alarm again. Went back inside then heard my alarm go off 15 minutes later. I was able to disarm the alarm and tighten the fuse down. Problem solved.

all you have to do is stand there with your transmitter in one hand, push the terminal down, hit the disarm button and you're done...it'll stop chirping and you have the battery done...
