compressor size comparison t3 super60 vs t04e 54 and 57 trim
hey guys im lookin for some help in selecting the right compressor size for my turbo setup. i looked at the gt28r & rs for a while but decided they were a little too pricey and a bit small
now its between a t3 super 60 and the t04e 54 or 57 trim (.63 A/R on either)
here a brief description of my plans:
jdm b18c (gsr) running stock internals
lookin to boost 7-8 psi daily on the street
tuned with hondata, and fuel upgrades (pump, injectors, etc.)
only lookin to be in the neighborhood of 250hp maybe a bit more
im definitely interested in something that will spool quick and be fun on the street.
ive looked at a few flow maps and used some turbo calculators and it looks like all three trims will do well especially the t04e's if i want to increase the boost later.
do you think the super 60 will pull all the way to redline?
thanks for your opinions guys and i know that a lot of people like the sc-61, gt30 and gt32 but i think they are just a bit big for my set-up.

the super 60 will pull to redline.... barely.. plus it will take a whole lot more than 8psi to make 250 on a wheel that small
just get the t3/t04e
just get the t3/t04e

the 54 trim is actually smaller than the 50 trim..... the 50 trim has a smaller exducer.
