OBD2 Injectors in 91 Hatch Converted to OBD1
I want to know if this will cause any problems. I have a 1991 Civic DX. I am about to convert to 4 point injection. The motor that I am about to put in the car is a 1999 Civic EX motor D16Y8 which is OBD2. I want to use the injectors that are on the motor. I have the wire harness for the motor, so I can just cut the plugs. I am converting the car to OBD1 and will be running a chipped P28. Do you think that this will cause problems by using OBD2 injectors, or should I try to find a set of OBD1 injectors?

It was eliminated at the factory.

Or you can de pin the wires out from the switched 12+ plug/cap and use that when you do you wireing for mpfi, it makes the swap cleaner plus it looks good with the obd2 inj. plugs

</TD></TR></TABLE>Also correct.
And for the poop of it, you can also run a setup of OBD0 injectors as well, just wire in the resistor box.
