Default Looking for advice on b16/b18

hey all,

Been looking through the threads for ideas on what setups make good power on b16a2 engines and b18c4`s (i think thats the equliviant to your ls/vtec with a b16a2 head- std in uk civic 1.8 vti)

Now id like to make around 220 whp with with either build with a nice high red line, but i dont want to get the engine re-sleaved as there is no where in the uk that will gaurntee a sleved motor against failure (cracking etc).

Someone reccomended i really ought to get a 5 point block crank guard, forged rods and high comp pistons and possibly have the crank knife edged and the entire engine balanced up if im going to rev high. im just after ideas of what works well in high reving engines crank/rod/piston wise with the std 81mm bore.

Also i can get hold of Jun stage 3 cams or toda cams relitivaly easy over here and there always seem to be plenty of low miliage secondhand units floating around, but for seriously high revs what cams make good power really far up in the rpm range- i dont give a damn about idle as im rarely sat in stationary traffic where i live .

Just some misc info you might wantbetter to include it just in case)
i have regular acess to 98 ron octance fuel
car will be a daily driver (20miles a day down quite lanes/roads)
i dont really want to have to fit itb`s (as cool as they might be i am also a novice at engine managment)
car is a uk b16a2 delsol vti.(currently on 120000miles)
car has been fully polybushed (everyting is poly bushed inc engine mounts)
still using the oem header atm with a de-cat and a tanabe super medallion racing cat back exhaust. aem cai kit.

And thanks in advance to anyone that replies :D

Cheers

Aaran
