Default Civic Emissions FAILING

Okay I just got my emissions checked in PA, and it failed. The CO2% was 12.34 and the limit is 1.00 at 2500 rpm. Now I didnt have my map sensor on during this, but I dont think that would cause it to fail...I had the car tested last summer and it passed with flying colors. But I had to replace the D16 engine, and I'm wondering what I can do to try to make it pass for my retest.

put your map back on and go from there. the map is one of the most important sensors you need.
