threw a completely stock gsr block into my 94 civic eg hatch just to see what i could run this weekend. well i ran a 12.2 @ 115 my first run and 12.3 @ 120 on my second. im running a t3/t67 .82 a/r and 12 lbs of boost. didnt have time to get my 3" exhaust installed so i was still on the crappy 2.5". was also sporting 22" slicks...i wouldve been better off with some 24.5" slicks but oh well. aem ems for management...pretty conservative tune. i think it did pretty good for all it had...what do you think??? shouldve seen 11's on that 120 trap...i dont know what happened!!!!

what is the fastest time so far on a stock honda/acura block??? anyone know???

thats good.
there is some guy in the 10's on a completely stock turbo b16 iirc.
its fully set up to use the power though(and very light)

 

the ******* car moves that is for sure

Awesome times for a stock block. Is the head stock too, or is it ported? How much horsepower are you making? My friend did a best of 11.08 on a stock GSR motor, stock ECU w/440CC RCs, FMU, and VAFC. Im not sure on his exact MPH.

 

Is this with an open diff or LSD? if LSD, which one are ya running?

 

120 on stock block GSR is ****** nuts!

 

yeah nsxmatt runs 11.7 with 115 mph traps i think

 

120 traps on stock block. A couple more pounds and I am there

 

Congrats on the nice numbers!!!! Can't wait to see the good motor in there. That stock engine is way impressive.

13.1... don't remember 60ft. Car had shitty coilovers with stock struts and was on Azenis's....wheel hopped like a bitch

 

You should be having better ets unless your spinning those slicks alot creating the mph. I went 12.42 @ 116 on 4 psi and then 11.76 @ 7 psi on a stock gsr with a ported head and ctr cams on 22 inch slicks. I just upgraded 24.5 because i was shifting into 5th at the 1000 mark. Are you shifting into fifth or bouncing of rev limiter?

Ron sudol ran 10.9@130 on a stock gsr block in his hatch, then ran 11.2 on another stock gsr motor in a full interior and caged ex coupe, but trapped only 127

yea he is getting shitty 60's and he misses gears alot, lol

 

yes, stock b16a head with gsr cams. all on open diff gsr tranny. and yes timmay, i did miss gears a few times that day huh..lol!!!

 

How does boost come on with that .82 A/R housing? What hot side? I went to the track on Friday searching for some 11's on 205/50/15 BFG DR's but I didn't get there, I suck at driving
