What happens if your car is jacked or totaled and...
you owe more than its worth? Does the insurance company just give you what the car is worth, and make u pay the rest? or do they just pay it all for you?

depending on your insurance, but if you still owe money you have to have full coverage. which means i would think they would give you the value of the car. and you would have to work something out with the people you got the money from.
but im not sure, i only have the cheapest insurance

Yes, i have full coverage.
And no, im not thinking of "insurance fraud" just curious as to what would happen if someone ganked my car.
