Default HELP: Exhaust port on head is gummy,, wet oil???? RING OR VALVE

Well i took off my manifold today since it cracked and I needed to get it welded....

When i looked into port 4. the valve on the left was a little wet,,, and the left side of the port was gummy, like burnt oil.. the other 3 exhaust port are fine....

So i dunno if its a ring, or a valve seal????

the motor still runs amazing,, dosent really burn much oil.... just smokes Black(rich)

I dunno if its work taking the motor apart or not???

I have full Ferra head..

I want to know if my HKS headgasket is reusable or not??? aswell as my ARP head bolts??

thanks
Tyler
