FUEL FILTER REPLACEMENT... HELP

CAN someone tell me which bottom bolt i have to loosen,... seems like there are 2.. the inner one is 19mm, and on top of it is a 14mm... I was trying to loosen the 19 mm one it didn't budge, so tight. what is the 14mm bolt for? which one do i loosen ?

keep on tugging at the bolt... itll come free... pad your hand too lol.... kinda tore some skin off when it finally came free

nevermind i figured it out... lol i was turning the filter bolt LOL... came out to be the 14 mm damn that was easy

I hated changing my fuel filter...Why did honda have to put it in a tight spot...DAMN HONDA
