Broke a bolt off my fuel filter.. how do I fix this?

I'm doing a headgasket repair on my 1994 Civic CX, and while I was trying to depressurize the fuel system, I broke a bolt off the top of the fuel filter, number 28 in the attached diagram. How do I get the remainder of the bolt out? Thanks.

Unbolt the other fitting and replace the filter. They're like $10 at Autozone.

28? thats the small pressure release bolt? just take out 27 and order new bolts from the dealer.
