HELP!!!

Default HELP!!!

i drive a 95 integra gsr and i have coilovers with tokico shocks....... my problem is that today when have some time i decided i need to make my car a little higher to get over speed bumps. well come to find out that my shocks are not decompressing so its hard to raise the coilover. question is, is there anything i can do to decompress the shock or is it just hopeless?

So when you jack the car up, the wheel/tire doesn't drop AT ALL? Are you sure it's not seized on something else? Is it on all four corners?
