im doing obd0-obd1 but i havent been successful w/ obd1, meaning the ecu/subharness = car still doesnt run. so im tryin to just get the car running just w/ its non vtec ecu. im puttin a xsi motor in my 90 DA.

so im asking, do i have to have o2/knock and all those sensors hooked up 2 the ecu for the car to start? or will it just have check engine lights...etc.

all u need to have the car run is fuel pressure, map sensor and i think...(tps?)---> one other one i can't remember. but yes, you'll prolly throw some codes.
