P06 ECU start a GSR?
I have a four door civic with a B18c1, I bought the car online had it delivered and realized it has no ECU. I need to limp the car about 10 miles from my house to my work. I was wondering if my po6 manual ecu could run the car long enough and well enough to do this, while keeping the RPM's low and do not do go under heavy load.
Thx

A p06 ran my d15z1 well enough, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't make a b18 run. It obviously isn't going to run right, but it will probably be driveable.

yeah it will run it cuz u P06 is a MANUAL EU too. as long as it is the Same OBD, it will run it. unless ur using a jumper harness.

What about at WOT? Do you have a wide band O2 sensor? 300cc isn't that much larger from what the motor was the P06 controlled. It would be interesting to see how much different the AFR is with the P06 versus a P75.
The way I see it, Honda used a ton of different ECUs, and it can't be to save money. So, there's gotta be a good reason to use the proper maps for your motor.

You guys really need to get the proper ECUs for your engines. P06 was designed to run a 1.5L Non VTEC D15B7..not a 1.8L. I will stick to my P75 with my LS, you guys do whatever you want, its not my engine.
