Default Question about CTR's and HID's???

I heard the getting HID's with stock headlights are bad b/c the thing that covers the bulbs makes the light glare really bad. Well since the CTR's dont have that thing would the glare be worse or better? If I decided to get HID's I would not want to retro-fit anything into those headlights.

glare is gonna be a lot worst, my cousin has REAL ctr's w/ hids and the glare and light beam are horrible, stock ones are a lot better but retro projectors are the best

I guess I am not going to get HID's. I dont want to do anything to the CTR's when I get them.

I dont not like anyaftermarket headlights. They fit like ****. Somone said I could get casper shields and that would help.

I used to have hids in my ctrs, and the glare wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The bulbs were hi/low and had the glare shield behind the bulb which is probably why it wasnt too bad.

I was planning on getting hi/low bulbs and something called casper shields.

Yea casper shields are pretty much what they were except these were bult into the base. I was never flashed or anything when I had them in, and if I would have been flashed I would have taken them out so it couldn't have been too bad.

Where would I get casper shields? And how much are they?

I think I would rather just get casper shields. Besides aiming them right, How hard is the wiring for HID's? I really want some but they just seem to be complicated.
