cut wrong wire

Default cut wrong wire

I was trying to do the power antenna overide and cut the wrong yellow/green at the driver side. I just found out that wire leads to the ecu which caused my car to not start. My friend connected the wire back and still doesn't start. What should I do about this?

check the fuses. might have blown it also

hmmm, might have to restart the ecu and also try to reconnect again. dont getto rigged it with electrical type. go buy some wire connectors.

try reseting the ecu by removeing the 7.5 amp fuse under the hood im not sure but i beleave it is 30 sec you have to leave it out to reset the ecu

i tried taking out that fuse but dont think i left it for 30 sec. i think i should go wire connecter bc im using tape for temporary.

someone told me that the ecu resets everytime u turn the car off then on
im pretty sure thats wrong... is it?

when i gotta reset my ecu i just disconnect the negative then positive and let it sit for about 10 minutes
