Default 95 ls integra, starts up and stalls right away. while driving hesitates

there was a cel for the vss but it went away after we moved the plug, other than that no cels. now when i start the car it will start rev up and die right away, i have to give it gas and hold it for a little while then it will idle by it self, and it sits like at about 1200rpm. while driving it always hestitates and any rpm and just at random moments, we already changed the dzzy.

this is what i think the problem might be, when i had my rsx the same problem was happening and the car actually have a bent valve, do you guys think this could be the problem?
