I have a 97 JDM R ecu and I need to get the speedlimiter removed and a higher redline/fuel cutoff. My question is, who does this and approx. how much does it cost.
Please dont tell me to buy a Vtec controller or something, I want the ecu changed if possible.

I don't think the OBD-II computer can be chipped. You may need to run a chipped P28 and a harness converter. But for your ECU chipping needs see:
