ok, i went to go play bball and im guessing someone stepped on my keys, so when i left, the key went in fine and now when i shut off the engine, i can't pull the key out of the ignition

any ideas? HELP!

 

dam that sucks --- there really is no set way to get a bent key out -- get some plyers and yank!

 

well, its not bent, im thinking the edges of the key was rubbin against the concrete and messed up the thread
crap, any other ideas? cause i reallly dont feel like replacing the whole ignition switch b/c some idiot can't watch his step

 

I would take it to the dealer since you should be under warrenty and play dumb and be like i dont know what happened here the immoblizer system ingitiosn are CHEESE hella cash to get those replaced like 5 bills.. have your mom or dad take it in..

ok i got it out..wiggled it for about 10mins and yanked it out with a big sigh at the end....turns out it was bent, i looked at a bad angle i guess.

oh hell no thats a lot of money...locksmith will do it for cheaper like $80 bucks or less.
