chiping ECU

I want to know what program makes the most power gain for a 00 GSR i had planed going with the mugen program but i wanted more imput Thanks

I have tried the chipped mugen and chipped skunk2. Not the real ones. I love them both but i think the mugen is better, but not by much. vtec seems to pull harder on the mugen that skunk2.
