i am putting a full exhaust and header on my 98 civic dx. it will basically make me have an ex style exhasut with the cat right after the header except i am not putting the cat on, just an extension pipe. i was wondering if i would be able to pass the new inspections in NY by putting a ex cat on for inspection.
