Can someone check the condition of this y8 IM on ebay for me

He said its been ported... I really want one without the IACV being on the back since I'm gonna be using my Y7 TB with the IACV on the bottom of the TB (3 wire IACV) but it doesn't really matter since I can always plug it up with JB weld. I'm thinking it's a 96-98 since it doesn't have the AIR injection holes. My car is a 99 CX, I know air injection holes are only available in 99-00 EX models (based on what I've read posted by Marauder). Can someone check the porting job done to this IM, looking at the plenum and the runner holes, it looks like it's a bit chipped off on some corners of the holes. Need confirmation if this is OK to buy
