Default who here thinks they can put most B's and D series engine together with ease?

im just curious how many people on honda tech has the experience and knowledge to be able to assemble a B and D series engine bottom up if every little bolt and part was disassembled? Obviously a manual and specs sheet is needed in some instances but just overall who is capable or confident of their knowledge ans skills?

id say the way to think about it is this. if your asking questions like "what parts do I need for a brake upgrade" or something general and that causes you trouble, then dont do it, cause you could seriously **** something up. If you are mechanically inclined, and have taken at least some auto tech, and know how engines work, some tricks, and have the helms manual, then go for it, because compared to other motors, the B and D are pretty simple engines. Remember than engines are finely tuned and don't like bend piston rings, but if you lube everything correctly and install properly, then you shouldnt have a problem.

MAKE SURE TO DO ALL YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. I cannot stress this enough, as ive learned the hard way, and now that i spend hours researching every basic install, it is SO much easier. Do not assume that all parts are interchangable, check first.
