spoon type r pistons and connecting rods

Default spoon type r pistons and connecting rods

i am getting a 92-95 gsr and before i put the motor in im planing on putting in spoon type r pistons and spoon type r connecting rods in the motor. And the block will be hot tanked and balanced crank shaft etc. my is going to be stock except for the intake and skunk 2 manifold. wut kind of power will i be looking at?

Spoon pistons are just balanced factory oem pistons. You will gain maybe 10-15hp tops with them. Rods are for extra strength, but won't "make" hp.
