Where it says Lisa talks to everyone like her best friend it is 100% true. I saw her at SEMA and her and Gary talked to me for about an hour, not having ever met me before.
I saw them later at the Access magazine party and they both said hi as if we were still best friends. With as many people as I'm sure they know/talk to on a week like SEMA, it really struck me as down to earth on thier part.

That is a good article...its good to see were not the only ones realizing that the fans may feel i guess "disconnected".
