Default Turbo Oil Drain Size

I went to a local performance shop and they were out of the -10an fittings for the oil pan but they had -8an fittings. I picked up the -8an fitting but I want to know if this will be big enough or do I have to go searching for the -10.. thanks

Well also good info to know is if your running an oil restrictor or not. Even if you are not -8an should be more then enough unless the drain line is not pointed close to straight down(180degrees).

thanks for the info.. I was thinking because it relys on gravity for the oil to go down it would be better to use the 10. I need to just wait till i get the 10 and stop being in a rush to get the motor done..

I would def. wait for the 10 fitting to come in, why risk it?

your def. right. It would be a shame to have put all this time , money and effort into a project to have a stupid fitting wreck it..
