has anyone used jb weld on thier oil leaks??
im having bad oil leak problems and i just bought jb weld. it comes with 2 small tubes of chemicals. one is the steal material and the other is the hardener. has anyone here used this stuff on thier oil leaks?

how big is the leak...i once had a hairpin size hole on my oil pan. I believe I used quicksteel, its held up for over 2 years plus it can withstand 500 degrees

my friend used it to patch a hole in his oil pan after slamming on the ground for the 1000th time. it worked well ( this was quicksteel actually)
right now my return line is leaking at the oil pan, ive got both regular jb weld and then additional quicksteel on it.

I too had a leak on my oil pan return line. I had my budyd tig weld an AN fitting and it was leaking a decent amount somewhere. I didn't know where so I gobbed JB weld around the welds all voer, let it set, then applied anotehr layer after that the next day. Been boosting for a while. it's perfect.

holy crap 2 quarts per week. my leak is maybe a soda bottle cap full every day. just sucks though, cause track will give you **** for having an oil leak

i know thats why im trying to get a run out of it before i get rid of it. i didnt drive it at all today to let it dry. ill check it tomm to see how things are going
