can somone please tell me the difference between som different headers design like
4-1 vs 4-2-1
pro and cons with one pice headers
what is the best of ceramic and stainless steal

and could you recomend a good bang for the buck header?

 

im sure this has been discussed already man you should try searching. but generally 4-2-1 offers a good midrange and 4-1 is more for topend, which is when your in vtec anyways so there are always trade offs, but depends on your motor setup what is the best to go with.

and ceramic is cheaper stainless is more $$
