We run these headers on most of our b series builds. makes great power and cant beat the price!

In the case of Carb compliance they are great, but they have been proven to net very little in the way of performance gains. The stock type-r header flows much better.
I ran one on my car for two years and didn;t ever have trouble with it construction wise, but they just aren't the route you want to go if you are looking to make power.
