No luck with my the R?
Well, I had my radiator fixed so the Punctured Radiator Issue thread can be closed. However, I keep running into a lot of bad luck. When the driver of the tow truck was loading my car onto the bed, I saw that my lip came in contact with the bed of the tow truck but I was just gonna let it go since my lip had a few scratches here and there anyways, but when I got it back, it had a big chain imprint left on the bottom of my lip. The thing is they are saying that they did not cause the damages because their tow truck's incline is low enough to load "very low vehicles," this was the tow truck that took my car to the Acura dealership through Acura Roadside Assistance. These people are assuming that the damage were caused by the tow company in Grand Rapids that towed my car from the Acura dealership to a collision center elsewhere. STUPID TOW TRUCKS!!! Anyways, both seem to be blaming the other and I am starting lose it. Any suggestions on how to get this crap resolved?
(Already called Acura Roadside Assistance and filed a claim and also called State Farm who covered the costs for towing from the dealership to the other collision center. State Farm is saying that they can't do anything about it.)

You're gonna get no where. How can you prove that it occured while in tow? Dealership & towing companies will deny and you lose. **** happens.
Maybe file a complaint to BBB.

What is BBB? And I'm pretty sure I can get Acura Roadside Assistance to get it fixed for me. They already told me to get an estimate on the damages. But yeah, both towing companies are denying.
call the regional Acura manager and explain in a very calm and relaxed tone that your looking to have the damage repaired due to the towing of the car.
If nothing can be done your sol.

Oh the Better Business Bureau. Well, I did call the Roadside Assistance and talked in a very calm manner. They were cool about it and told me to just get an estimate on my car and then to fax it to them. They also told me that the towing company should call me within the next 48 hours and they did, but instead of taking responsibility, they denied fault which was expected. But hopefully Acura will take care of things.
