b16 or gsr head...
i got a 91 ls, and im turbo'n it and building the bottom end, but i am trying to find either a b16 head or a gsr head....anyone out there who can help or knows any info or anything...hit this up and let me know...thanks, later

^^^exactly what i was going to say. cheaper, more gains. if you got boost, VTEC head isn't going to help much. turbos like shorter cams, anyways, so if you don't get PnP head, get turbo LS cams and valvesprings. or, since maybe you have the money for a VTEC head and the conversion process for your block, you probably have enough to buy a PnP head AND get the cams and valvetrain. suweeeeeeeeeeeeeet . . .
