how much power will i get out of this set up
The y8 Manifold is better than all the other OEM D series manifolds though.

who knows how much power you can get out of it. on all "mods" it usually depends on what other mods u have done. they just gotta go with each other i guess...sooner or later u'll probably change manifolds so might as well...

i have a 95 single vtec motor stock the only thing is the y8 manifold and the gsr tb that will be put on saturday and i also will put a lighten flywheel and a 6 puck clutch
