the turbo will quiet the exhuast ALOT.

best advise i can give you is put your stock exhuast and cat back on the car, if you can.

you can always put the stock muffler back on until you get your turbo

since i got my motor mounts, i have suffered some hearing loss on the highways. It doesn't bother me anymore, obviously because of hearing loss, but its that steady state drone thats just ******* loud.

First time after driving back from berkeley, 1 day afteri got the mounts, i had just pulle dinto my car and let the car idle for about 2-3 minutes, then i turned it off and boy my ears were just ringing. Dead silent garage at like 12:00 at night, and i'm sitting there along going "wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowoooowooowooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"

I hate it too

i dont get it...your mounts made your car louder?
ive been getting a lot of compliments on it...and i really like the craftsmanship...i think what im going to do is just get a silencer put it till the turbo is on...and go from there....its a very nice deep sporty tone....no raspiness or scratchiness....i lost a little torque i think as a result of less backpressure...but soon that wont be a concern....well thanks everyone
