shift linkage removal 90 integra

How do i remove the shift linkage from the transmission, isn't there a pin and if there is, can i hit it up out or down out or is there a certain way. Thanks

Ya, there's a pin that you'll have to knock out with a small punch or something similar. It's kinda hard to spot but look closely and you should be able to find it.

Remove the silver C-clip and then use a ¼" flat punch to remove the pin.

reason i am removing it is because somehow my transmission case broke while i was driving so i am transferring the shift linkage to another, tranny, thanks guys.
