is there a way to run 3 different boost settings?
I know the avcr can do gear dependant boost... but how is it about spiking?
I'd like to run maybe somewhere between 2psi to 5psi on the wastegate spring.
Then a bit more for low boost setting - perhaps 7-9psi, and then 12-14psi for my high boost setting.
How can I do this?

i "believe" the avc-r only allows 2 different boost settings. so if you can find a low enough spring then that can be your 2-5lb setting. then for the other 2 two settings, use A as you 7-9 lb setting and B as your high boost setting in the avc-r.

Let's just say that traction is an issue in the lower gears.....

Actually the AVCR has a A setting and a B setting that you can scramble back and forth on. If you set up the Gear Dependant Boost Settings then you can run whatever boost levels you want. Another way to go would be with the new Turbo XS 4 Stage Manual Boost Controller.
Electronic boost controller.
My Blitz SBC-id allows 4 boost settings.
And if you turn it off. It runs off the spring.
