i think it's more a matter of primary length and not clearing the front crossmember; not so much the cat issue. but that may be an issue too; that part i don't know.

ls and gsr headers are the same. The only difference is the o2 bung hole on them. Some gsr's dont have one on the downpipe. all b-series headers will bolt up fine but b16's you'll have to modify the cat cause i believe it too long underneith.

oh yea and a b16 header won't fit on a b18 motor since it's too short.

all b-series will bolt up, its length from outlet to cat, 00-01 gsr are different than 94-99. Ls and Type R are same length. B16 headers are a tight fit b/c of the shorter deck height. hope this helps

'94-'99 GS-R manifolds are approximately 4" shorter than an LS or Type R manifold. '00-'01 GS-R manifolds are the same length as an LS or ITR piece, and are completely interchangeable.

I wish info on this stuff was easier to find, I have the b16 Del Sol and would like to know what headers fit without ANY modification. I searched ebay for DC sports headers, but I couldn't find anything but integra b18 headers, and I imagine those won't fit perfectly.
