whats up. im gonna be spray n a small wet 50 shot into my LS with Crower 403 cams with P30 pistons, MSD 6A, I/H/E, and run n UBERDATA.
i need something to retard the timing when i choose to spray. i was gonna just use two uberdata chips, one for nitrous and the other fo NA. but i dont want to keep switch n chips whenever i want to spray. i was look n up on a MSD system and i came across the MSD adjustable timing control system http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33691

anyone ever use one of these things? i see that it says advance of up to 15 degrees, but can u retard the timing with this?

 

nevermind, i just figured it out. just went to the MSD website and figured out how to use it.

i gotta think up of something so that when i hit the nitrous button, the timing will retard. with the msd adjustable timing control, u have to manually turn the **** so that the timing will be retarded. i wanna keep the timing advanced while im racing until i hit the nitrous button, then thats where i want the timing retarded. if u guys know of any system that does this, let me know

 

What you want is the MSD digital 6.

 

i already have a msd 6a so i dont wanna spend like 300 bucks on a digital 6. maybe down the road i'll get one. but im gonna go for the MSD timng control setup
